I am sorry about the double picture in the previous post...but...dummy me for one...don't know how it happened...and number two...I don't know how to fix it....so no you didn't have one too many drinks today...it was me....

Here is a few pictures I will add today. The one with all the different tatted motifs with the black background is some motifs I tatted while waiting for motifs to come in the mail when I did my Online Center Piece that I called " Beauty in the Eyes of a Tatter". I scanned these way back long ago at the begining of the centerpiece. I also want to mention that I have a CD that has all the motifs pictured individually along with the envelopes and letters that accompanied the motifs that I received in the amail at that time. There are tons of pictures on that CD and the motifs are close up. I had thought about making the pictured CD available to other tatters. Of course I would have to charge to do that for it takes CDs and my time to make the CD. Is there anybody reading this that might be interested in the CD?
Back to the scan of the motifs...if you have seen one of Mark's work of Art with the soldiers and it says "Make Tatting, Not War" those are my motifs I tatted in the background. Interesting how Mark did that.
Also ...here is a couple more tatted butterflies I have made in the past. These butterflies were my just sitting and tatting out of my head. Can't design like some people...but I like to play with my threads, and shuttles just the same.
Enjoy!!!

Hi ALL...who maybe visiting my humble blog. I know it has been awhile since I have posted...but not too much exciting is going on to write about. But to at least put something up here...just so you guys don't think I fell off the earth or something...here is a couple butterflies I have tatted. The orange one is from a book called "Tatted Butterflies" by Adelheid Dangela. If you like tatting butterflies...this is the book for you. I love this book. The purplish butterfly is a design by Eva Siding and the pattern use to be on the Round Robin Site....but alas...the site is no longer available. I used her wing design...but I changed the body. I didn't want the body so open and floppy. As you can see I added beads to the butterflies to make them both sparkle...got to love the dazzle and glitz beads can give your tatting.
I hope it won't be so long when I post again...but it probably will be....
Enjoy the butterflies in the meanwhile.
